| 摘 要： | 目的:研究 CD44V6在大肠癌肝转移中的作用,探索一种有效的抗肿瘤转移方法。方法:应用大肠癌肝转移模型来研究 CD44v6单抗对大肠癌 HT29、Lovo 细胞裸鼠实验性肝转移的影响,分析 CD44V6单抗在抗大肠癌肝转移中的作用。结果:CD44V6单抗能有效阻断裸鼠实验性大肠癌肝转移的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the action of CD44V6 on human colorectal carcinoma (HCC) liver metastasis and to research an anti-metastatic therapy.Methods:Experimental liver metastasis model of nude mice was used to study the role of CD44V6 antibody on anti-metastasis.Results 4/8 of nude mice had liver metastasis after intraspleen transplantation of HT29 cells and 8/8 of nude mice had liver metastasis after intraspleen transplantation of Lovo cells.When HCC cells were blocked by CD44V6 antibody,2/8 of nude mice that were transplanted HT29 cells had liver metastasis;none of nude mice that transplanted Lovo cells had liver metastasis.Conclusion The antibody specific for CD44V6 can block experimental liver metastasis of nude mice.If we could find a CD44V6 ligands like substance,we might establish a new method of anti-HCC metastasis. |
