全麻患者导尿时机选择对导尿成功率和血液动力学的影响

目的研究全麻和清醒两种状态下导尿时患者血液动力学的改变及一次置入尿管成功率,探讨有利于患者的导尿时机。方法实验组和对照组分别在两种状态下导尿,记录其血液动力学各项数据和成功例数,以患者入院3 d的数据为参照值,对比分析其变化。结果实验组置尿管时血压和HR均较平稳,与其参照值比较无统计学差异;而对照组与其参照值比较,P<0.05。实验组一次置入尿管成功率较对照组高,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论全麻比清醒状态下导尿一次置管成功率高,患者的心率、血压和正常状态下相比无明显差异,可见全麻状态下导尿更有利于手术和康复。

The Influences of Time Chosen for Catheterization on Suceess Rate of Catheterization and Hemodynamics in General Anesthesia Patients

Objective To study hemodynamics and the success rate of catheterization in patients who are generally anesthetized or awake.Methods All patients were divided into two groups:the general anesthesia group and the awake group.Blood pressure,heart rate and the success rate of catheterization of the two groups were recorded.Results In the general anesthesia group,the blood pressure and heart rate were stable during catheterization;the difference between the two groups was significant.The success rate of catheterization of the general anesthesia group was higher than that of the awake group.Conclusion The success rate of catheterization is high and hemodynamics is stable in the general anesthesia.
