Neuroform支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤（附105例报告）

目的总结应用Neuroform支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的经验。方法回顾性分析采用Neuroform自膨式支架结合弹簧圈技术治疗的105例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果105例患者中。影像学上完全栓塞98例，占933％；大部分栓塞7例，占6．7％。治愈92例，占87．6％；中重残10例，占9．5％；死亡3例，占2．9％。3-6个月随访观察未见动脉瘤复发病例。结论栓塞宽颈颅内动脉瘤时应用Neuroform支架结合弹簧圈技术，不仅可较好栓塞动脉瘤，且可防止弹簧圈突入载瘤动脉，使载瘤动脉术后通畅，从而提高了宽颈颅内动脉瘤的疗效。

Treatment of Intracranial Wide-Necked Aneurysms by Neuroform Stent Implantation and Coiling (a Report of 105 Cases)

Objective To summarize the experience in treating intracranial wide -necked aneurysms by Neuroform stents combined with coils. Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms which were treated by Neuroform stents combined with coils in our department from September, 2004 to September, 2007, were analyzed retrospectively. Results The aneurysms were completely occluded in 98 patients (93.3%) and incompletely in 7 patients (6.7%). Of 105 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms, 92 were cured (87.6%), 10 medially or severe disabled (9.5%) and 3 died (2.9%). Following-up from 6 to 12 months showed that no aneurysms recurred in all the patients. Conclusions Neuroform stents combined with the coils for the intracranial wide-necked aneurysms may prevent the herniation of coils into the parent arteries and increase the curative effect on the intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.
