滤去白细胞后血小板悬液的临床应用

目的 评价应用滤器去除白细胞的血小板悬液的过滤效果和血液病患者输注后的临床意义。方法 对35例血液病患者输注经PL型滤除白细胞输血器去除白细胞的血小板悬液，滤过前、后分别计数血小板及白细胞。结果 过滤后血小板回收率平均为94．9％，白细胞去除率为98％。输注无效率为13．5％(均数)；输注血小板后出血症状明显改善。结论 血液病患者输注滤过白细胞的血小板悬液，可减少血小板无效输注及同种免疫反应，具有较好的临床应用价值。

Clinical Application of Leukecytepoor Platelet Concentrates at the Beside by Filtration

Objective To evaluate the filtration effect of the filter designed to filtrate away the white blood cells from platelet concentrates and the clinical significance of the above-mentioned transfused to patients with hematological diseases. Method Leukecytepoor platelet concentrates by filtration through the PL type was used in 35 patients suffering from various hematological diseases. Before and after the performance of filtration, platelets and white blood cells were counted respectively. Result After filtration, the platelet re-collect rate was 94.9%, the elimination rate 13.5%(mean). The bleeding symptom had been improved remarkably after transfusion of platelet Concentrates. Conclusion Transfusion of the leukecytepoor platelet concentrates may reduce the invalid transfusion as well as the homo-immunoreaction in-patients with hematological diseases, and may provide a good clinical practical value.
