护理英语“阶梯教学模式”探究

摘    要:随着护理专业课程体系改革的不断加快,高职护理英语教学如何进行改革才能适应"以人为本"科学发展的教育理念,培养学生的英语实际应用能力,以适应时代发展要求,已成为当务之急。针对全球护理行业发展的趋向及目前英语教学的现状,笔者提出并论述了护理英语"阶梯教学模式"的必要性、具体构思及实践与研究步骤,以期达到护理英语教学整体优化的目的。

Abstract:With the development of nursing curriculum reform, it' s essential how to reform vocational nursing English teaching, to fit for the education idea of "student-oriented" scientific development, develop students' English practical abilities and meet the demands of the society. In terms of the global developing trends of nursing industry and current English teaching, the author observes the necessity, the frame and practical steps of "step-by-step" mode for nursing English teaching, to make nursing English teaching better.
