综合护理干预对特发性肺纤维化患者治疗效果的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)患者治疗效果的影响。方法:将河南中医学院第一附属医院2011年12月至2013年12月确诊的68例IPF住院患者随机分为对照组(34例)和研究组(34例),对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者入院时及出院时的肺功能指标(TLC、VC、DLCO)及血气分析指标(PO2、PCO2)。结果:对照组患者出院时PO2、PCO2、DLCO均优于入院时(P<0.05),给予综合护理干预的研究组患者出院时PO2、PCO2、TLC、VC及DLCO均显著优于对照组出院时,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对于提高IPF患者的治疗效果具有重大作用。

Impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on therapeutic effect of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Objective ： To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on therapeu- tic effect of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF）. Methods ： 68 patients with IPF in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM from Deeember of 2011 to December of 2013 were randomly divided into control group （34 cases） and research group （34 cases）. Control group received routine care, the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The lung function （TLC, VC, DLCO） and blood gas analysis （PO2, PCO2） of the two groups on ad- mission and at discharge were compared. Results： The levels of PO2, PCO2 and DLCO at dis- charge were better than the time of admission in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , the PO2 , PCO2 , TLC, VC and DLCO of research group were significantly better than the control group at discharge, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive nursing in- tervention plays an important role in improving the therapeutic effect of IPF patients.
