平顶山市煤矿工人结核病防治知识知晓情况调查

目的:了解河南省平顶山市煤矿工人有关结核病的防治知识知晓情况。方法:采用多阶段分层系统随机抽样方法,对500名煤矿工人进行问卷调查,对有关结核病的防治知识知晓率进行分析。结果:平顶山市煤矿工人对结核病防治核心信息总知晓率为79.2%,5条主要核心信息全部知晓率为34.5%。结论:平顶山市煤矿工人结核病知识知晓率较高,防范结核病的意识较强,应继续针对薄弱环节深化工作,重视对特殊作业人群开展健康教育,并进一步总结经验,将有效的工作模式向全国推广。

Survey on awareness of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge in coal miners in Pingdingshan

Objective ： To understand the awareness of pulmonary tuberculosis （TB） prevention and treatment knowledge among coal miners in Pingdingshan. Methods： Multi-stage stratified systemat- ic random sampling method had been used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 500 coal min- ers. The awareness rate of TB prevention and treatment information was analyzed. Results： The to- tal awareness rate of TB prevention and treatment core information in coal miners in Pingdingshan was 79.2% , and five main core information of that reached the rate of 34.5%. Conclusion ： Coal miners in Pingdingshan tend to have good TB knowledge and high awareness of prevention and treatment towards TB. It should be taken to keep further work on the weak link, attach importance to health education for special assignments crowds and continue to summarize experience to popu- larize effective work models around the nation.
