胎儿脐血流检测电路的研究

摘    要:目的:针对目前胎儿脐血流监护仪的灵敏度与方向性的不足,设计一种新型的胎儿脐血流检测电路。方法:基于超声多普勒血流测量的理论模型,通过比较不同检测电路的特点,提出并实现由有源晶振超声发射电路和谐振放大同步解调接收电路组成的脐血流检测电路的方案。结果:使用血流动力学模拟实验装置进行检测,能正确地显示脐血流方向的声谱图,不存在反向的血流假象。结论:该脐血流检测电路灵敏度高,提取脐血流方向的性能显著提高。为医生评估胎儿状态提供了良好的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To design a new detection circuit of fetal umbilical cord blood flow. Methods Based on the model of CW ultrasound Doppler, the new circuit, involving the active crystal ultrasonic transmitting circuit and resonant amplification synchronous demodulation circuit, was used to improve the sensitivity and directionality of umbilical cord blood flow detection. Results The new detection circuit was applied to a fetal umbilical cord blood monitor, and the sensitivity and directionality of the monitor were greatly improved after being measured by hemodynamic simulation equipment. Conclusion The detection circuit behaves well in sensibility and orienting the umbilical cord blood flow. Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2014,35 (2) : 4-7]
