长沙地区献血人群中HCV流行情况调查

目的探讨长沙市无偿献血人群中人类丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）的流行情况。方法选择长沙市2007年9月1日-11月30日街头无偿献血者共25217份，分别采用国产和进口抗-HCVELISA试剂盒做常规酶免分析，对初筛阳性和可疑标本进一步用RIBA和FQ—RT-PCR做确认。结果25217份无偿献血者EDTA抗凝血标本中，初筛抗-HCV阳性标本121份，其中男性52名，女性69名；可疑2份，均为女性；上述123份标本抗-HCV确认试验阳性52份（男性22名，女性30名），可疑20份，阴性51份。结论长沙地区无偿献血者抗-HCV初筛检出率为0．48％，确认HCV感染率为0．21％，低于全国HCV感染率。

Prevalence of HCV in Blood Donors in Changsha

Objective To explore the prevalence of HCV in blood donors of Changsha.Methods A total of 25,217 serum samples which were randomly collected from September to November,2007 were analyzed with domestic and import anti-HCV ELISA kits respectively.Meanwhile,the positive and uncertain samples were reexamined by RIBA and FQ-RT-PCR.Results Out of the 25,217 EDTA samples,there were 121 samples from 52 males and 69 females showed positive for HCV antibodies.Two female samples were uncertain.Out of the above 123 samples reexamined with anti-HCV testing,52 samples from 22 males and 30 females were again positive;20 were uncertain;and 51 were negative.Conclusions The positive rate of anti-HCV of blood donors in Changsha is 0.48%.The infection rate is confirmed as 0.21%,which is lower than the level of China from earlier studies.
