摘 要: | 正交试验表明,对氯溴异氰尿酸破坏轮状病毒抗原性效果的影响,以消毒剂浓度(A)为最明显,温度(C)次之,时间因素(B)较小。浓度与温度或作用时间交互作用的影响均次于消毒剂浓度单因子,3因素的最优组合为A2B0C1。

STUDY ON FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DESTRUCTIVE EFFECT OF CHLOROBROMOI SOCYANURIC ACID ON ROTAVIRUS ANTIGENICITY USING ORTHOGONAL DESIGN |

Abstract: | お test was designed according to L16 (41×212) orthogonal table to observe the influences of disinfectant concentration, temperature, exposure time and their interaction on efficacy of chlorobromoisocyanuric acid in inactivating rotavirus. The results indicated that among single factors, the disinfectant concentration (A) showed the greatest influence, temperature (C) was the next and the influence of exposure time (B) was relatively small. Among the interactions of different factors, although the influence of interaction between concentration and temperature or exposure time was smaller than that of disinfectant concentration, the difference between different levels was significant, while the influence of interaction between expopsure time and temperature had no significant difference between different levels. In the present test, the optimal combination was A2B0C1. |
