| 摘 要： | 经检测,便携式紫外线消毒器以1200μW/cm~2强度紫外线对4ml 生理盐水照射90秒钟,可将其中金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌与枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞全部杀灭。对隐形眼镜贮存液照射30秒钟,可杀灭其中自然菌。

| Abstract: | Exposure of normal saline to 1200 μW/cm~2 ultraviolet rays generated by portable ultraviolet disinfector for 90 sec could completely kill Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger in the normal saline.Exposure of contact lens preserving solution to the ultraviolet rays for 30 sec could kill the natural bacteria in it. |
