摘 要: | 目的了解外源性一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)对高原急性缺氧的治疗作用及其作用机制。方法利用右心漂浮导管法对急进高原幼猪(比照急性高原病患者)吸入海拔3658m空气平衡的浓度为0.001%的NO气体后即刻动脉血气及酸碱平衡变化情况进行比较观察。结果急进高原幼猪吸入由海拔3658m空气平衡的浓度为0.001%的NO气体后,其呼吸频率(R)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)在5min时便出现显著改变,其中R显著降低(P<0.05),PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2显著升高(PaCO2P<0.05,PaO2、SaO2P<0.01);而动脉血酸碱度(pH)、动脉血碳酸氢根离子(HCO3-)在10min时才出现显著变化,其中pH显著降低(P<0.05),HCO3-显著升高(P<0.05)。R、pH及PaO2、SaO2、PaCO2、HCO3-均于15min左右降至最低或升至最高,并趋于平稳。结论吸入外源性NO能提高急进高原幼猪的PaO2和SaO2、并维持酸碱平衡稳定,对急进高原幼猪机体缺氧具有积极的治疗作用。

Dynamic changes of arterial blood gas and acid-base balance after little pigs faster entrance plateau inhaling exogenous NO |

Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutical effects and the mechanism of action of exogenous NO on an acute hypoxia in plateau. Methods By using the right floating cardiac catheter,the values of the dynamic changes of arterial blood gas (ABG) and acid-base balance after inhaled NO by little pigs faster entrance plateau which were 10 cated at 3 658 m altitude and 0.001% color saturation of air balance (the situation is very similar to patient suffered from acute high altitude disease) were observed.Results After inhaling the 3 658 m altitude and 0.001% color saturation of air balance's NO gas,breathing frequency (R),arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) of the little pigs significantly changed within 5 minutes,among the indexes,R was significantly declined (P<0.05) and PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2 significantly improved; But arterial blood pH and arterial blood HCO3-significantly just changed in the 10th minute:pH significantly declined,HCO3-significantly improved. R,pH,PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2 and HCO3-declined to the lowest or improved to the highest in the 15th minute,and had a tendency to stable. Conclusion Inhaling exogenous NO gas can improve the levels of PaO2 and SaO2 of the little pigs after faster entrance plateau,keep the stable acid-base balance,and have an energetic therapeutic action on body hypoxia of little pigs after faster entrance plateau. |
