经皮插入钢板微创治疗胫腓骨粉碎骨折

目的 介绍一种胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的微创治疗方法.方法 采用闭合复位,经皮插入钢板内固定微创治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折23例(包括胫腓骨多段骨折4例).开放性骨折6例,闭合性骨折17例.AO分型42-C2.1型7例,42-C2.2型5例,42-C3.1型8例,42-C3.3型3例,术后不辅以其他外固定,第二天起即开始不负重关节功能锻炼.结果 全部病例随访时间8-18周,均达骨性愈合,无骨不连及感染,平均骨折愈合时间14.2周.根据Johner-Wruhs评分:优良率85%.结论 经皮插入钢板内固定是治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的有效方法.

Minimally invasive surgical treatment of tibifibular broken fractures

Objective To introduce a minimally invasive surgicl method to treat tibiofibular broken fractures using close reduction and percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO).Methods 23 cases of tibiofibular broken fractures were treated with MIPPO (Including 4 cases of tibiofibular segmental fractures).6 were open fractures and 17were closeones,According to Aoclassification,there were 7cases oftype42-C2.1,5 type 42-C2.2,8 type 42-C3.1 and3 type42C3.3.active and passive motions of the knee and ankle joints were allowed 2 day after operation without weight-bearing.Results All the patients were followed up form 8 to 18weeks.23fractures got bone union.there was no experienced union,The mean time of bone union was 14.2weeks.According to Johner-wruhs scoring system,the function was good or excellent in 85 percent of all the case.Conclusion MIPPO is a safe and effective technique in the trentment of tibiofibular broken fractures.
