| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨列车运行对血液常规自动分析结果的影响。方法：应用国产BC-3200全自动血球计数仪器，在列车运行状态下检测血液常规自动分析结果的变化，并与静止状态下的结果进行比较分析。结果：血液常规自动分析的WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT、HCT检测结果与静止状态下结果相比，P〉0．05，无明显差异。结论：列车运行对血液常规自动分析结果无明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of routine blood examination in the state of train motion. Methods Domestically produced instrument BC-3200 were used to exam the routine blood. The results in motion and static condition were compared. Results The level of WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT, HCT in state of motion had not significant change than in the silence station(P>0.05). Conclusion The movement of train has not obviously affect to the routine blood test. |
