肠内营养对胰腺癌患者术后营养支持的探讨

目的探讨胰腺癌患者术后肠内营养支持（EN）,对术后改善患者的营养状况,及代谢反应和治疗结果的影响。方法对胰腺癌100例术后患者随机分为肠内营养支持组和常规饮食对照组各50例,营养支持组给予肠内全营养素,对照组则给予常规饮食。分别术前第一天及术后第15天（肠内营养治疗后）检测两组的体重百分比、血浆白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数和血色素等指标,并且全程观察不良反应。结果治疗组的血浆白蛋白及淋巴细胞计数、体重、血色素均高于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论临床观察胰腺癌术后应用肠内全营养素支持,患者的营养状况明显好转,提高了机体免疫功能,促进伤口愈合,减少并发感染发生,且缩短住院时间。同时患者营养素平衡全面,安全价廉,合理方便,对术后患者尽早康复提供了有效的保证。

Discussion of Enteral Nutritional Support in Postoperative Pancreatic Cancer Patients

Objective To discuss the effect of enteral nutritional support for postoperative pancreatic cancer patients in improving the nutritional situation, the metabolic response and the treatment outcome, nethotis 100 postoperative pancreatic cancer patients were random devided into two groups. The observe group was fed with full-nutrient, and the control group was fed with ordinary diet. Their body weight percentage, plasma albumin （ ALB）, lymphocyte subzets categories and hemoglobin （HB） were measured in the first day of preoperative and the 15th day after the operation given enteral nutritional support. The complications were measured through the whole process. Results The body weight, plasma albumin （ ALB ）, lymphocyte count （L） and hemoglobin （HB） of the study group were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Clinical observated enteral nutritional support in postoperative pancreatic cancer patients, it can obviously improve the nutritional situation, enhance the immunity function, promote the wound healing, reduce the complicating infections, and shorten the length stayed in hospital. At the same time, enteral nutritional support was nutrition-balanced, safe and lowpriced, reasonable and convient. Rehabitaion of patients as soon as possible to provide an effective guarantee.
