维、汉初中生心理健康现状的比较研究

目的了解西部维族、汉族初中生心理健康状况，为开展少数民族中学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法以症状自评量表（SCL-90）为测试工具，对625名维、汉初中生进行测查。结果维汉初中生在躯体化、强迫性、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性6因子上差异显著，维族3个年级初中生在躯体化、强迫性、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执7个因子及总均分上差异显著，而汉族3个年级在强迫性、精神病性两因子上差异显著。结论维族初中生总体心理健康水平低于汉族学生，应针对维族初中学生的心理特点进行心理健康的指导和干预工作。

A Comparative Study on the Pressent State of Mental Health of the Junior Middle School Students of the Uygur and Han Nationalities

Objective To study the mental health of junior middle school students of the Uygur and Han nationality,and to provide basis for mental health education among minority nationality students.Methods Six hundred and twenty-five junior middle school students of the Uygur and Han nationalities were investigated by using SCL-90.Results There were very significant between the junior middle school students of Uygur and Han nationality in six items which are somatization,obsessive-compulsive,anxiety,terror,stubborn and psychopathy.There were very significant between of the junior middle school student of each grade of Uygur nationality in total sharing and 7 items which are somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal,sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror and stubborn,but there were very significant between of the junior middle school student of each grade of Han nationality in two items such as obsessive-compulsive and psychopathy.Conclusion Mental problems of Uygur nationality are more than those of Han.So,mental health guidance and prevention should be conducted according to their mental traits.
