原发性高血压社区综合干预效果评价

目的 探讨综合性干预对社区原发性高血压患者认知水平、态度、行为(KAP)和血压控制的作用。方法 选择湖北省武汉市东西湖区常青花园社区卫生服务中心慢病重点人群管理册中的高血压现症病人202例,实施综合性干预,并在干预前后进行调查,对干预过程和结果进行评价。结果 202例患者KAP得分分别由干预前的(13.45±5.46)、(18.11±2.82)、(21.84±3.70)分提高到干预后的(21.0±3.46)、(25.09±2.18)、(26.25±2.60)分。干预前高血压患者平均收缩压为(156.60±13.40)mmHg,舒张压为(97.29±10.21)mmHg;干预后平均收缩压为(135.16±9.84)mmHg,舒张压为(84.36±8.14)mmHg。干预前后高血压患者认知水平、态度、行为较干预前明显提高,血压控制率较干预前也有提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合性干预是社区原发性高血压防治的重要干预措施和有效途径。

Effect of comprehensive intervention on essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention on knowledge, attitude, practices (KAP) and blood pressure control among essential hypertension patients. Methods Investigation before and after comprehensive intervention was conducted among 202 subjects with essential hypertension chosen from high-risk group of chronic disease in Changqing Garden community in Wuhan city. Results After intervention, the KAP scores of 202 subjects increased from (13.45±5.46) ,(18.11±2.82) ,(21.84±3.70) to (21.0±3.46), (25.09±2.18), (26.25±2.60) ,respectively,and the average systolic blood pressure of them decreased from (156.60±13.40) mmHg to (135.16±9.84) mmHg,diastolic blood pressure from (97.29±10.21) mmI-lg to (84.36±8.14) mmHg with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclu-sion The comprehensive intervention is an imprortant and effective measure for hypertension control in community.
