| Abstract: | Spitz nevi most commonly present as solitary lesions. Multiple agminated Spitz nevi are a rare presentation, with 38 reported cases in the English language literature. We report a 2-year-old girl who presented with multiple Spitz nevi in a unique, dermatome-like distribution and review the English-language literature on agminated Spitz nevi. |
