| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺内留置导管注药治疗支气管扩张的应用价值.方法:60例支气管扩张的患者,随机分为两组,两组病例均全身应用抗生素,治疗组32例,应用纤支镜导入法留置导管,并注入药物.对照组28例,用常规抗感染治疗.结果:治疗组患者1周、2周治愈率分别是60%、100%,均明显高于对照组 (P＜0.05),体温下降至正常时间明显缩短(P＜0.05).结论:纤支镜下肺内留置导管治疗支气管扩张是一种简便、安全、有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the application value of injecting drugs via indwelling catheter in the lung of patients with bronchiectasis.Methods :Sixty patients of bronchiectasis were divided into two groups at random,all patients used antibiotics.The treatment group(n=32)was treated with locally injection of drugs through fibrobronchoscope by Indwelling catheter,the control group(n=28)was treated with convention therapy.Results: The cure rates were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0 05),the period of temperature to normal was obvious shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion : It is safe,convenient and effective to use drug injection through fibrobronchoscope by Indwelling catheter on bronchiectasis patients. |
