摘    要:目的:考察不同粒径发酵虫草菌粉理化性质及溶出度的变化。方法:采用超微粉碎法将虫草发酵菌粉进行粉碎处理,并考察其松密度和振实密度、吸湿性、水分、流动性等粉体学性质差异,并以腺苷为检测指标,对其含量及溶出度进行测定。结果:发酵虫草菌粉微粉化前后,其休止角、吸湿增重率及含量无显著变化,微粉化后粉体密度变大;一定程度的微粉化能促进指标成分的溶出,但微粉过细后,阻碍指标成分的溶出。结论:发酵虫草菌粉微粉化前后理化性质变化不大,微粉化对溶出度有一定程度的影响。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate change of physical, chemical properties and out-degree of Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis with different size. Method: To deal with Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis for superfine grinding using ultrafine grinding technology. Powders with different particle size were investigated bulk density, tap density, hygroscopicity, moisture content, mobility etc. Determined the content and dissolution by HPLC with adenosine as index. Result: To compare powder properties between common powder and micropowders of Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis, there was no significant change in angle of repose, increase heavy percentage of moisture absorption and content. The powder density becomes greater after superfine grinding. To some extent of superfine grinding, these ways help to dissolution of index component. But the dissolution of index component will be impeded by excessive superfine grinding. Conclusion: There was no significant change in physical and chemical properties around the superfine grinding of Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis. The effect of dissolution rate which superfine grinding in Fermentation from cordyceps sinensis.
