摘    要:目的:优选活血风湿巴布剂基质最佳配方。方法:以巴布剂基质残留、反复揭贴性、皮肤追随性、黏附力、剥离强度等多个指标为响应值,通过Box-Behnken中心组合设计试验法进行配方优选研究,对基质成分聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、明胶、甘油的用量进行优化,确定基质成分的最佳配比。结果:优选出活血风湿巴布剂基质最佳配方为聚丙烯酸钠6.68 g,聚乙烯醇0.34 g,明胶4.57 g,甘油1.01 g。结论:按最佳辅料配比制备的基质质量稳定、敷贴舒适,各项指标均能满足外用贴敷的要求、制备简便。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize matrix components of Huoxue Fengshi cataplasm by response surface method. Method: The amount of four matrix agents(sodium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, glycerin) were optimized based on several appraisal indexes including quantity of remains on polyethylene membrane, repeatedly exposing paste, skin following nature, adhesion, peel strength and so on. Determinated optimize ratio by Box-Behnken central composite design. Result: Optimal proportion of matrix components was as following:sodium polyacrylate 6. 68 g, polyvinyl alcohol 0. 34 g, gelatinum 4. 57 g, glycerol 1. 01 g. Conclusion: Optimal matrix components of cataplasma was stable, comfortable, all indexes could meet requirements of external patching, and could be prepared easily.
