肿瘤化疗护理环节管理的临床应用研究

目的:探讨护理环节管理在肿瘤化疗病人中的临床应用价值。方法:对245例肿瘤化疗病人,静脉应用不同的化疗药物,分别选用手背静脉、前臂静脉、手指小静脉、桡静脉等注射部位,进行护理环节管理。结果:245例患者中有240例未发生药液渗漏,约占98%;有5例发生渗漏,约占2%。发生药液渗漏的病人,及时采取有效护理措施,均未发生皮下组织坏死。结论:建立严密的护理环节管理责任制度,严格掌握技术操作方法,能有效防止化疗药液渗漏,减少医疗事故的发生。

The Application Study of Nursing Process Management on the Patients Under Chemical Therapy

Objective: To investigate the role of administration of nursing process management to patients with chemical therapy.Method: All the 245 cases were received 5-fu,Vincristine,Epirubicin,cyclophosphamide,Mitomycin,Cisplatin through intravenous injection by palm venous,forearm venous,finger venous,radial venous,growped and compaired.Result:240 of 245 cases had no drug leakage,comprising 97%;5 cases had drug leakage.All cases of drug leakage had no subcutaneous tissue necrosis for valid measurement in time.Conclusion: Establish the exact management and grasping the technical performance can avoid the chemical drugs leakage effectively.
