| 摘 要： | 目的：本文对非洲地区颅高压、脑室扩大的患儿行脑室分流术后的脑外形变化进行研究探索。方法：对非洲博茨瓦纳国家Nyangabgwe医院从1999年8月到2002年6月收治的50例脑室分流术后患儿头外形发生的变形及患儿外观的观察。结论：患儿脑室分流术前脑室过渡扩张，脑皮层薄，术后脑的智力明显比术前提高，肢体功能改善，但颅外形发生变化，颅缝重叠下陷，影响生活质量。术后应高度重视其脑外部及智力的变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To search the head contour was changed in the patient with excess drained CSF after ventricle shunt in Africa.Methods To observe the condition of head contour changed after ventricle shunt in 50 cases since 8,1999 to 6,2002 in Nyangabgwe Hospital Botswana Africa.Results 50 cases coronal suture were collapsed teratism,the head oxycephaly;cortical tissue thin.Conclusion before the ventricle shunt was done,the case have ventricle dilated,cortical tissue was thin.After the shunt,the case intelligence was increase,the function of limbs were improved,but,head contour was changed after excess ventricular drainage,cranial suture collapsed teratism. |
