CRM1在创伤性脑损伤大鼠脑中的表达变化

摘    要:目的:研究靶向调控运输蛋白(Chromosome region maintenance1,CRM1)在创伤性脑损伤中的表达变化。方法:采用Western blot和免疫组织化学荧光法检测脑损伤后CRM1在脑中的表达变化。结果:(1)假手术组皮质CRM1蛋白水平低,在损伤后12小时逐步增加,在损伤后3天达到高峰,之后恢复到正常水平。非手术对侧皮层中CRM1表达没有明显改变。(2)免疫组化荧光测定:损伤后CRM1表达水平不但上升,且有入核的亚定位变化,主要定位在神经元中。而假手术组和对侧则主要定位在胞浆中。结论:推测CRM1在创伤性脑损伤后与神经元凋亡有关。

Expression Changes of CRM1 after traumatic brain injury in adult rats
Abstract:Objective:To study the CRM1 expression changes in traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods: Western blot and immunohistochemical fluorescence were used to detect the CRM1 expression in the brain after brain injury.Results: After TBI,CRM1 protein expression levels increased in the ipsilateral side of the brain,while the contralateral expression showed to significant change.Conclusion: For the first time,reported CRM1 expression in the brain tissue of traumatic brain injury and it was speculated that the CRM1was associated with neuronal apoptosis in traumatic brain injury.
