大学生人际归因风格与心理健康

目的　探讨师范大学生的人际归因风格及其与个性、心理健康之间的关系。方法　采取随机抽样法 ,以 1～ 4年级的师范大学生 6 19名为研究对象 ,用多维度 多归因量表 (MMCS)的人际关系分量表、艾森克人格问卷、症状自评量表 ,在各班进行团体施测。结果　大学生在多维度—多归因量表的人际关系分量表评分中 ,内在归因分高于外在归因分 ,成功归因分高于失败归因分 ;男性的失败归因分高于女性。人际归因的“努力”这一项与EPQ的精神病维度成显著负相关 ,与症状自评量表的 11项统计指标无显著相关。“背景”、“运气”与EPQ的精神病维度、神经质维度有非常显著正相关。内在归因组与外在归因组的SCL— 90的 11项统计指标存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　师范大学本科生的人际归因总体上倾向于内在归因 ,成功归因要比失败归因更为内控。归因风格受性格、性别等因素影响 ,不同的归因风格对心理健康水平会产生重要影响。

Interpersonal Attributional Style and Mental Health of College Students

Object To study the interpersonal attributional style and its correlation with the mental health of normal college students. Methods The Multidutional-Multiattributional Causality Scale, EPQ and SCL-90 were used in 619 students of a normal college. Results The scores of the internal attribution are higher than the external one's; the successful one's is higher than the defeated one's, and male defeated one's is higher than the female's. The "effort" of interpersonal attribution has a significantly negative relationship with the psychoticism, and has no significant relationship with the eleven statistical targets of SCL-90; the "background and luck" have a significantly positive relationship with the psychoticism. There are strong difference in this eleven statistical targets between the internal and external attribution.( P <0.01).Conclusion The total interpersonal attributional tendency is internal attribution, the successful attribution is controlled from within. The attributional styles are influenced by characters and sexes, different styles have their own major influence to the mental health standard.
