| 摘 要： | 目的 研究冰片、川芎对复方舒郁健脑方剂透过血脑屏障的作用.方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定复方舒郁健脑方中主要活性成分酸枣仁皂苷A在脑组织中的含量,对比复方舒郁健脑方加入冰片或川芎前后小鼠脑组织中该成分的含量变化.结果 加入川芎或冰片后,小鼠脑组织中酸枣仁皂苷A含量有显著的提高.结论 冰片、川芎可促进复方舒郁健脑方中活性成...

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of borneol and rhizome of chuanxiong on facilitating permeation for Compound Shuyu Jiannao Decoction through blood brain barrier(BBB).Methods Compare the cerebral contents of jujuboside A between the Compound Shuyu Jiannao Decoction plus borneol and that plus rhizome by HPLC.Results Either rhizome or borneol was added,the mice were observed increase in cerebral contents of jujuboside A.Conclusion Borneol and rhizome facilitate the active components permeating through the BBB,t... |
