妊娠期梅毒临床分析

目的　通过对妊娠期梅毒与正常妊娠产妇的临床对比分析 ,了解妊娠期梅毒对围产儿及母体的危害。方法　对 5 3例妊娠期梅毒 (观察组 )与同期 10 6例正常妊娠产妇 (对照组 )进行分娩孕周、产后出血、新生儿出生体重、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、羊水污染率及围产儿死亡对比分析。结果　观察组分娩孕周低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。两组产后出血及新生儿出生体重差异均有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。剖宫产率两组无差异。观察组羊水污染率及新生儿窒息率均高于对照组 (P均 <0 0 5 )。围生儿死亡 6例均发生在观察组。结论　妊娠期梅毒对围产儿危害极大 ,产前梅毒筛查及孕期驱梅治疗具有重要意义

Clinical analysis of pregnancy outcome in pregnant women infected by syphilis during pregnancy

Objective To investigate the harms of syphilis in perinatal fetus and pregnant women throuth clinical comparative analysis of pregnancy outcome between pregnant women infected by syphilis and normal pregnant women.Methods A comparative analysis on the relative data of delivery pregnancy week,postpartum haemorrhage,newborn birthweith,cesarean section rate,newborn asphyxia rate,amniotic fluid staining rate and perinatal mortality was carried out betwenn study group of 53 pregnant women infected by syphilis and control group of 106 normal pregnant women in the same period.Results Delivery pregnancy week in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were remarkable differences between two groups in postpartum heamorrhage and newborn birthweight(P<0.01).There was no difference between two groups in cesarean section rate.Amniotic fluid staining rate and newborn asphyxia rate in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).All of 6 perinatal mortality occurred in study group.Conclusion Syphilis in pregnancy is a serious harm to the fetus.Screening of syphilis in pregnatal and treetment of syphilis in pregnancy have very important significance.
