| 摘 要： | 目的 观察阿托伐他汀(降血脂药)对急性冠脉综合征患者血小板及单核细胞表达CD40L、血小板CD62P的影响.方法 将80例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分成阿托伐他汀组(40例)及常规治疗组(加例),比较观测治疗前及治疗8周后血小板CD62P、血小板及单核细胞表达CD40L.结果 治疗后2组血小板及单核细胞表达CD40L、血小板CD62P较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05、P<0.01);治疗后阿托伐他汀组血小板及单核细胞表达CD40L、血小板CD62P较常规组明显降低(P<0.05).结论 在治疗8周后,阿托伐他汀可改善急性冠脉综合征患者的血小板活化功能并显示其有抗炎作用.
