| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成合并症状性肺动脉栓塞的诊断方法和治疗效果。方法对18例下肢深静脉血栓形成并发症状性肺动脉栓塞的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果CT肺动脉造影（CTPA）确诊15例，核素肺动脉灌注确诊3例。治疗过程中置放临时下腔静脉滤器（IVCF）15例，颈静脉置管溶栓11例。全部患者临床症状消失。经1～62个月随访，无复发。结论CTPA是确诊下肢深静脉血栓形成并发症状性肺动脉栓塞的有效手段，临时置入IVCF后行颈静脉置管溶栓治疗安全有效。
