体表记录人子宫平滑肌电活动的研究

摘    要:目的试图在体表记录人子宫平滑肌的电活动,并确定之;了解子宫电活动的变化特征。方法在患者孕检或住院待产中,选择孕周在16~42wk之间的孕妇42例,争取其配合,在腹壁体表放置银氯记录电极双极,用SJ-42生理四道记录仪记录子宫平滑肌电活动。为确认电活动的来源,在6例非孕妇女体表和2例剖腹产产妇的子宫上作了记录,并对3例腹壁较薄患者产后6h的子宫电活动作了体表记录。结果非孕妇女腹壁上记录不到子宫的平滑肌电活动;怀孕早期,子宫平滑肌电活动微弱,临近分娩时,子宫肌肉电活动频率增加,幅度增强,电活动的持续时间延长。结论体表记录子宫平滑肌电活动是可行的,电活动的特征可反映子宫收缩和产程进展的情况。进一步确定其临床意义,有待于深入研究。

Abstract:Objective Try to record and determine the electromyographic activities of the human uterine from the abdominal surface , and want to analysis their characteristics.Methods During the time of patients pregnacy examination or at hospital for labor, 34 pregnant wemen were selected, their gestational ages ranged from 16 to 42 weeks, the patients were persuated to cooperate with us. The silver-chlorid bielectrodes were placed on the abdominal surface. The direct recording from the uterus was performed on two wemen, and 2 nonpregnant wemwn were also selected. The SJ-42 physiological recorder was used.Result There was almost no electromyographic activities of the uterine in the early of pregnacy. The electrical activities of the uterine were frequent and their amplitudes were higher. In the period of this time , the patients felt pain and were in groaning.Conlusion It is practicable to record the electromyographic activity of the uterine from the the abdominal surface. By this mean, the contractile condition of the uterine and the progress of the labor can be determined. The further study is required.
