奥明格健脑口服液毒性及诱变性试验

目的观察奥明格健脑口服液（以二十二碳六烯酸、二十碳五烯酸和ａ－亚麻酸为主体成分）的急性毒性试验、微核试验、精子畸形试验及Ａｍｅｓ试验，研究及评价其毒性及诱变性。方法采用昆明种小白鼠，体重为１８～２２ｇ，随机分成四组，观察奥明格健脑口服液的急性毒性试验；取昆明种小鼠，体重２５ｇ～３０ｇ，随机分成四个剂量组，观察奥明格健脑口服液的微核试验；取体重２５ｇ～３５ｇ昆明种雄性小鼠，随机分为五组，观察奥明格健脑口服液的精子畸形试验；采用ＴＡ９７、ＴＡ９８、ＴＡ１００、ＴＡ１０２四种菌株观察奥明格健脑口服液的Ａｍｅｓ试验。结果小白鼠经口ＬＤ５０＞１００００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，三项诱变试验均为阴性。结论奥明格健脑口服液不具有诱变性，毒理学一、二阶段试验结果是安全的

An experimental study about the toxicity and induced mutation of Aominge-Brain-Power oral liquid

objective To investigate acute toxicity test,micronucles test of bone marrow cel,sperm shape obnormality test and ames test about Aominge-Brain-Power oral liquid.Methods Four groups of mice(18g～22g) were used to observe acute toxicity.Another four groups of mice(25g～30g) were used to observe micronucles test of bone marrow cell.Five groups of mice(25g～35g) were used to observe sperm shape abnormality test.Ames test was observed using four strains of TA97,TA98,TA100 and TA102.Results Tree pieces of toxicity are negatives(LD50>10000mg·kg~-1).Conclusion The toxicity of Aominge-Brain-Power oral liquid is safe both first and second period by oral channels.
