小儿危重症评分与血清酶谱的相关性分析

目的用计算机数字摸拟技术探讨小儿危重病症评分与血清酶谱动态关系及临床意义，为小儿多器官损害综合症（ＭＯＤＳ）及多器官衰竭（ＭＳＯＦ）的早诊、早治提供依据。方法对１０６例危重症患儿在入院１ｄ、７ｄ、１４ｄ分别评分，同时测定血清酶ＡＫＰ、ＡＬＴ，γ－ＧＴ、ＡＳＴ、ＣＫ、ＣＫ－ＭＢ、ＬＤＨ、α—ＨＢＤＨ，最后进行计算机数据统计及数字摸拟技术处理。结果小儿危重症评分与血清酶含量变化呈正相关，以ＡＫＰ、α—ＨＢＤＨ与评分关系最密切，器官衰竭临界值为１５６．８（ＡＫＰ）、９２７．２（α—ＨＢＤＨ）。结论测定血清酶ＡＫＰ、α—ＨＢＤＨ有助于判断患儿病情严重度，指导ＭＯＤＳ与ＭＳＯＦ的早期诊断和治疗，并评估预后

Correlationship analysis of children's serious disease marking and serum-enzyme spectrum

Objective To discuss the correlativity of children's serious disease marking and sero- enzyme spectrum with digital- analogue technic of computer and provite basis for earlier diagnosis and trentment of children's MODS and MSOF.Methods Marking in 106 children with serious disease at 1d,7d and 14d after being in hospital were measured with assessment standerd of children's serious decsease.At the same time serum AKP、ALT、γ-GT、AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、α-HBDH were measured.At last,this data were delt with mathematical statistics and digital-analogue technic of computer.Results Serious disease marking correlate positively with serum-enzyme leval. Among them,AKP、α-HBDH were close correlation with marking.The measurement of AKpand α-HBDH activities.The MSOF critical value are 156.8(AKP)and 927.2(α-HBDH).Conculsion Conduces judgement the degree of serious disease and can guide the earely diagnosis and treatment of MODS and MSOF.or judge the prognosis
