储藏中药材孳生粉螨的研究

目的通过中药材孳生粉螨的调查，对预防和控制中药材中孳生的粉螨提供依据。方法清水漂浮法和塔氏电热集螨器法。结果共分离中药材样品１２７种，１２７０份，从中分离出粉螨４９种，隶属７科２５属。结论中药材粉螨的污染严重，应加强对中药材螨类的防治，以保护中药材及预防人体螨病。

Study on the breeding of acaroid mites in stored traditional Chinese medicinal materials

Objective To survey the acaroid mites breeding in stored traditional Chinese medicinal materials and provides the ground for prevention and control of the breeding of acaroid mites in traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Methods With the methods of water floatation and Tullgren to isolated mites. Result One thousand and two handred and seventy portions in 127 samples of stored traditional Chinese medicinal materials were collectad in Huainan City, 49 species of acaroid mites belonging to 25 genera and 7 families were identified from different materials.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicinal materials are seriously polluted by a caroid mites.It should be attached to protect the materials and to prevent the human being from the acariasis.
