| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用经皮球囊导管成形支架置入术治疗布加综合征的临床疗效。方法本组病例均经彩色多普勒超声、下腔静脉及肝静脉造影等检查后证实为布加综合征，并进行经皮球囊导管成形支架置入术治疗。术后随访４ｍｏ～４ａ。结果本组病例均行经皮球囊导管成形支架置入术治疗，全部治愈，随访期间无一例复发。结论经皮球囊导管成形支架置入术治疗布加综合征疗效确切、安全、操作简单、创伤小、并发症少，且通畅率高，并且具有可重复性

Treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrome with percutaneous transluminal angiography and expandable mtallic stent |

| Abstract: | Objective To research the therapeutic effect of percutaneous transluminal angiography(PTA) and expandable metallic stent(EMS) on the Budd-Chiari syndrome.Metheds All the patients were received color Doppler ultrasonography,the phlebography of inferior vena cavs and hepatic veins,and were treated with PTA and EMS.The follow-up time was 4 month to 4years.Result All the patients were cured with PTA and EMS,None recurred in the follow-up period.Conclution PTA and EMS in the treatment of Budd-Chiari syndrone was a safe, simple, few postoperative complications, high patency rate and well- tolerated procedure.
