腹水巯基物铁蛋白及腺苷脱氨酶联合检测鉴别良恶性腹水

目的探讨良恶性腹水的鉴别诊断方法。方法通过３８例腹水巯基物、铁蛋白、腺苷脱氨酶测定进行统计学处理。结果联合检测铁蛋白、巯基物诊断恶性腹水的敏感性为９２．８％、特异性９２．８％；检测腺苷脱氨酶对结核性腹水的敏感性为８８．９％，特异性为１００％。结论通过检测表明恶性腹水铁蛋白、巯基物含量显著高于结核性及肝硬化腹水，结核性腹水腺苷脱氨酶含量显著高于恶性腹水及肝硬化腹水。

Combined measurement value of ascitic sulfydryl compound , ferritin and adenosine deaminase in indentifying benign or malignant ascites

Objective To research the differentiation diagnostic method of the begin or malignant ascites.Methods The ascitic sulfydryl, ferritin and adenosine deaminase(ADA) were measured in 38 patients and treated statistically.Results The sensitivity of identifying malignant ascites by combined measurement of ferrtin and sulfydryl was 92.8%, the specificity was 92.8%. The sensitivity of identifying of tuberculous ascites by measurement of ADA was 88.9% and the specificity was 100%.Conclusion The measurements show that the content of ferritin and sulfydryl compound in malignant ascites are higher evidently than those in tuberculosis and cirrhosis ascites. ADA content of tuberculosis ascites is much higher than malignant and cirrhosis ascites.
