| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大剂量醛氢叶酸和５－氟脲嘧啶、顺铂治疗晚期及初治失败食管癌的近期疗效。方法４２例晚期及化疗、放疗失败的复治食管癌患者均使用大剂量醛氢叶酸及５－氟脲嘧啶、顺铂方案化疗。结果该治疗组４２例中：完全缓解６例，部分缓解２４例，总有效率７１．４％。结论５－氟脲嘧啶及大剂量醛氢叶酸、顺铂治疗晚期食管癌（包括初治失败者），均有效。部分病人对５－氟脲嘧啶加顺铂方案抗药时，本方案仍有效。毒副作用增加，但多限于Ⅰ－Ⅱ度。

| Abstract: | Objecktive To investigate the chemotherapeutic effect with high-dose leucovorin , 5-fluorouracil, diaminodichloride on the advanced and the first-treatment-failed esophageal carcinoma.Method Forty-two cases of advanced stage and the chemotherapy radiotherapy failed esophageal carcinoma were all treated with high-dose leucovorin plus 5-fluorouracil plus diaminodichloride plan. Results In treatment group 42 cases,complete remission 6 cases ,part remission 24 cases ,the all effective rate was 71.4% .Conclusion 5-fluorouracil plus leucovorin and diaminodichloride plan for advanced (including failure of the first -treatment) esophageal carcinoma is effective,and this regime is still effective for some patients with no response to 5-fluorouracil and diaminodichloride.Although the side-effect was also enhanced at the same time,the most of them were limited to Ⅰ-Ⅱgrade. |
