复合升血饮防治肿瘤化疗副作用的临床研究

目的研究复合升血饮对肿瘤化疗后副作用的预防作用。方法将２３４例化学治疗的肿瘤患者用配对随机分组法分组，按性别、年龄、病种、病期、中医辨证等条件配对，随机分组：复合升血饮治疗组１２１例；利血生和维生素Ｂ４治疗组１１３例。化疗开始３ｄ后观察各组病例的化疗副作用轻重，分别于化疗前、化疗中ｄ７、ｄ１４重点观察白细胞数。对结果进行卡方检验。结果复合升血饮治疗组在减轻化疗副作用及升白效果上明显优于利血生和维生素Ｂ４治疗组（Ｐ＜０．００５）。结论复合升血饮对减轻肿瘤化疗后毒副作用及升高白细胞有显著疗效。

Therapeutical effects of Fuhe shengxueyin on side after chemotherapy on patients with tumor

Objective To study the therapeutical effects of Fuhe shengxueyin on symptoms after chemotherapy in patients with tumor.Methods Two hundred and thirty four patients with tumor who accepted chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups:Fuhe shengxueyin group (121 cases);Pentoxyl and VitB4 groups (113 cases); The side effects and WBC counter were observed comparably after 1 week and 2 weeks .The results were analysis by χ 2 text.Rsults The therapeutically effects on toxic symptoms and increasing WBC in Fuhe shengxueyin groups was higher than that in pentoxyl and VitB4 group(P<0.001).Conclusion There were obvious therapeutical effects of Fuhe shengxueyin on side effects and increasing WBC after chemotherapy in the patients with tumor.
