| 摘 要： | 目的观察西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分,分析40例首发抑郁症患者应用西酞普兰情况,疗程6周。结果西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症显效率67.5%,有效率87.5%。结论西酞普兰对首发抑郁症的疗效确切,不良反应少,安全性高。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the curative effect and safety of citalopram in treating first-episode depression.[Methods]HAMD was adopted for evaluation;the curative effect of citalopram(6 weeks of treatment) in treating 40 cases of first-episode depression was analyzed.[Results] The clinical obvious curative effect rate of citalopram in treating first-episode depression was 67.5%;the effective rate was 87.5%.[Conclusion]Citalopram is effective and safe in treating first-episode depression with little side effect. |
