| 摘 要： | 目的探讨几种改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术的手术方式。方法收集2007年2月-2010年6月28例29眼慢性泪囊炎,行改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术的病例,分别行单纯吻合瓣悬吊术,吻合口填充明胶海绵加前瓣悬吊术,吻合口填充医用吸血海绵或导尿管术。结果 26例27眼治愈或好转,有效率93.1%。结论本文几种改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术疗效确定,可针对不同病情采取不同的改良鼻腔泪囊吻合术。
