| 摘 要： | 目的:对异常子宫出血相关术语和定义的规范性进行调查研究,并提出建议。方法:选用3个异常子宫出血相关术语,即异常子宫出血、功血、月经过多,进行相应的问卷调查,结果进行统计分析。结果:关于这3个术语是否可用于诊断,代表的是何种出血量及时机的异常,以及是否源于器质性疾病等问题,调查结果显示存在很大差异。结论:目前国内尚未统一异常子宫出血相关的术语和定义,应进一步规范并不断加以修正和完善。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study on the terminologies and definitions of abnormal uterine bleeding （AUB）.Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted on the terminology of AUB.Results：There was poor agreement on the terminologies of AUB.Conclusion：There is great confusion in the use of terminologies of AUB,and the international agreement on them is needed. |
