重型SARS的胸部X线表现初步分析

目的　探讨重型严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)的胸部X线表现。方法　回顾性分析36例重型SARS胸部X线表现 ,并与 2 2 4例普通型SARS做对比分析。结果　 36例重型SARS胸部X线表现与 2 2 4例普通型SARS比较 ,显示肺内大片状影 (P <0 0 1)、大范围实变 (P <0 0 1)、磨玻璃样改变 (P <0 0 1)、弥漫性病变 (P <0 0 1)、双肺受累 (P <0 0 1)这 5种X线表现在两组病例间差异具有非常显著性意义。结论　大片状影、大范围肺实变、磨玻璃样改变、弥漫性病变、双肺受累是诊断重型SARS的主要X线表现。

A preliminary study on the chest image appearances of the heavy SARS

Objective To study the chest image appearances of the heavy severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS). Methods The chest X-ray imaging features of the heavy SARS in 36 patients were retrospectively analyzed. The images were compared with that of the common SARS in 224 patients. Results The comparisons showed that differences between the two groups in the following 5 image appearances, including patches( P <0.01), large areas of lung consolidation( P <0.01), ground-glass shadow( P <0.01), diffuse lung diseases( P <0.01), and bilateral lung involvement( P <0.01), were statistically significant. Conclusion Patches, large areas of lung consolidation, ground-glass shadow, diffuse lung diseases, and bilateral lung involvement were the chief image appearances in diagnosing the heavy SARS.
