短棒杆菌疫苗治疗非特异性顽固性口咽溃疡的初步报告

口咽部溃疡临床上原因不明,但极为常见,在治疗上有经一般治疗自愈。但另一种口咽部溃疡,不但持续不愈,症状严重,治疗无效,英国学者Harison称之为重型口咽溃疡,但亦无有效疗法。本文将这种口咽溃疡称为非特异性顽固性口咽溃疡,可能与Harison的重型溃疡相同,作者从采用CPV治疗取得良好咽溃疡的临床效果为依据,提出其可能为病毒及免疫功能障碍。

Preliminary report of CPV treatment on non specific non healing ulceration of oropharynx

Repeated oropharyngeal aphthous ulcerations were freguently seen in clinical practice. Harrison classified these ulceration into the minor types. He called the aphthous ulceration the minor an the severe one the smajor. In this paper, we called the major type the "Nonspecific nonhealing oropharyngeal ulcerattion. "it is very resistant to treatment and nos-tiasfactory result can be obtained.The etiology of this disease is still in controversy,the factors may be trauma in on,folic acid,vitamin deficiency and certain futors of stress we had three cases of such special of kind oulcen were ay beion folic acid,vitamin beficiency and certain factis of stiese, used CPV injection andgot Very exciting result we sugg ested thatthese ulceration might be due to immunological disorder or of virus origion.
