坏死增生性淋巴结病12例临床分析

报告１２例坏死增生性淋巴结病患者的诊断及治疗结果。本病以淋巴结肿大，发热和白细胞减少为主要临床表现。淋巴结活检是确诊的主要依据。本组患者院外误诊率为１００％需与淋巴结结核，恶性淋巴瘤、传染性单核细胞增多症等鉴别。强的松治疗有效。预后良好。

Necrotizing Hyperplastic Lymphadenopathy:Report of 12 Cases

In this report,the diagnosis and treatment of l2 patients with necrotizing hyperplasticlymphadenopathy were described. Patients with this disease may have enlargement of the lymphnodes, all patients demonstrated the typical pathologic features of necrotizing hyperplastic lympha-denopathy. The rate of clinical misdiagnosis in this group was 100 percent, because it was diffi-cult to differentiate from tuberculosis, infections mononucleosis and lymphoma. It was effectivewith prednisolone. The prognosis was generally excellent.
