老年恶性肿瘤患者MNA-SF营养评价和SF-36生活质量评价

目的评价老年恶性肿瘤患者营养状况和生活质量以及两者之间的相关关系。方法应用微型营养评价精法（short-form mini-nutritional assessment，MNA-SF法）和SF-36健康调查量表（the Mos 36-item Short Form HealthSurvey，SF-36）对83例老年恶性肿瘤患者进行营养状况和生活质量评价，并对其做相关性分析。结果老年恶性肿瘤患者中营养不良者占78.3%，营养状况正常者占21.7%；生活质量各维度均明显降低，并随营养状况的下降而降低。结论老年恶性肿瘤患者营养不良的发生率高，生活质量明显下降，营养状况与生活质量密切相关。

Assessment of the nutritional status and quality of life of the elderly patients with malignant tumor by MNA-SF and SF-36

Objective To assess the nutritional status and quality of life in elderly malignant tumor patients and to analyze the correlation between them. Methods Nutritional status and quality of life of 83 elderly malignant tumor patients were evaluated by short-form mini-nutritional assessment （MNA-SF） and the Mos 36-item short form health survey （SF-36）, then the relevance between them were analyzed. Results The prevalence of malnutrition and adequate nutritional status in 83 elderly malignant tumor patients were 78.3% and 21.7% respectively. The scores of the quality of life were obviously reduced and declined with the nutritional status＇ s drop. Conclusion There is a high prevalence of malnutrition in elderly malignant tumor patients and their life quality all obviously decrease. There is a significantl relevance between nutritional status and quality of life.
