| 摘 要： | 目的探讨薄层cT扫描对颅底骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾分析41例颅底骨折患者常规cT及薄层cT扫描结果。结朵本组患者均有颅底骨折的临床征象。薄层cT能清晰显示颅底骨折线、颅内积气及窦腔积液，常规cT未见明显颅底骨折线，仅见颅内积气及窦腔积液，5例薄层cT扫描阴性患者排除颅底骨折诊断。结论薄层cT扫描能为颅底骨折提供客观的诊断和鉴别依据，骨折线显示优于常规CT。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of thin-setion CT in the diagnosis of basicranial fracture.Methods Regular CT and thin-setion CT findings of 41 cases with basicranial fracture were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 41 cases with clinical symptoms and signs of basicranial fracture,5 cases rule out basicranial fracture with negative thin-setion CT manifestation.Pneumocephalus and sinus hydrops were detected by thin-setion CT scan and regular CT scan,Thin-setion CT scan can clearly revealed basicranial... |
