| 摘 要： | 目的 调查分析护理专业学生心理健康状况及与自尊水平的关系。方法采用SCL-90及SES对279名护理专业学生进行测评，对SCL-90和SES评分作相关分析。结果护理专业学生SCL-90抑郁和恐怖因子分高于常模，而躯体化、敌对和偏执因子分显著较低。相关分析结果显示，SES评分与SCL-90各项评分存在负相关。结论护理专业学生存在一定的心理健康问题，提示针对该人群开展心理健康教育，提高自尊水平，对促进心理健康具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the correlation between mental health and self-esteem in nursing students.Methods 279 nursing students were surveyed with SCL-90 and TAS, and the relationship of SCL-90 and SES scores were analyzed.Results Nursing students showed a higher score on SCL-90 depression and phobia subscale, but less score on summarization, hostile and paranoia subscale than Chinese norm. A negative correlation were fond between SCL-90 and TAS scores.Conclusion There were some mental problem in the nursing student sample, and it is suggested that raising self-esteem, psychological health education and consultation were important to improve mental health level for the population. |
