| 摘 要： | 目的鉴定我国首例报道的复杂重组HIV-1（CRF09-cpx）感染病例，回顾性观察其抗病毒治疗的效果及耐药性的产生。方法分别采用蛋白酶基因、反转录酶基因以及env基因片段进行HIV-1的亚型分析；采用Trugene HIV-1基因型检测系统进行HIV-1基因型耐药检测。结果患者所感染的毒株与CRF09复杂重组毒株亲缘关系最为密切；在治疗过程中出现了耐药相关的位点突变并导致对多种药物产生耐受，同时表现出了耐药位点的累积。结论鉴定了我国首例报道的CRF09复杂重组HIV-1毒株并初步分析其耐药特征。

| Abstract: | Objective To identify the first CRF09-cpx HIV-1 infected case in China and conduct preliminary analysis on the antiviral efficacy and drug resistance.Methods C2-V3 fragment of env gene, PI gene and RT gene fragment were used to identify the subtype of the isolate. The Trugene HIV-1 Genotyping System (Bayer HealthCare, USA) was used to analyze drug resistance.Results Sequence analysis indicated that the HIV-1 isolate belongs to CRF09-cpx. The virus showed both NNRTI-and NRTI-related drug resistance mutations following HAART.Conclusions The patient is infected with a rare and complex recombinant HIV-1 which is firstly reported in China. It can express drug resistant mutations after treatment. |
