摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(Multi-slice Spiral CT Angiography,MSCTA)高级血管分析(AVA)对椎动脉狭窄的诊断意义。方法:对35例经临床考虑为颈椎病患者进行椎动脉CTA,利用飞利浦256层螺旋CT高级血管分析AVA技术观察椎动脉形态学变化及与邻近骨结构的关系,准确测量狭窄段长度。结果:35例患者中,20例患者有异常血管,其中双侧血管异常5例,单侧血管异常15例,走行迂曲12支,狭窄15支,4支有管壁钙化性斑块。结论:MSCTA检查可做为椎动脉狭窄筛选的首选检查方法,AVA软件使CTA对椎动脉狭窄程度及原因的分析更准确。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of advanced vessel analysis(AVA) in multi-slice helical CT angiography(MSCTA)in the evaluation of vertebral artery stenosis.Methods 35 patients with cervical spondylosis were performed MSCTA.AVA were used to reconstruct bilateral vertebral arteries.Morphological changes of the vertebral arteries and the influence arising from surrounding bony structure were analyzed by AVA.Results Of 35 arteries,20 vertebral arteries were abnormal,including 5 arteries with bilateral anormal,15arteries with unilateral anormal,12 arteries with abnormal course,26 arteries with steonsis,4 atreries with local calcification of vessel wall.Conclusion Advanced vessel analysis(AVA)in multi-slice helical CT angiography(MSCTA)is an accurate modality in diagnosis of vertebral artery stenosis.
