| 摘 要： | 探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的特征及其相关性,同时分析二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗的治疗作用,实验研究显示,二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗治疗具有深远意义,在一定程度上改善了PCOS患者的临床症状及内分泌指标。阐明了PCOS与IR之间的关系,同时明确了二甲双胍能有效改善PCOS的IR、血脂紊乱、促进有效排卵的结论。

| Abstract: | The polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients with insulin resistance(IR)characteristics and relevant,and analysis of metformin on insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome treatment,experimental studies have shown that metformin for polycystic ovary syndrome insulin therapy has far-reaching,to a certain extent,improved the clinical symptoms of PCOS patients and endocrine indicators.Illustrates the relationship between PCOS and IR,while clearly shown that metformin can improve IR and dyslipidemia of PCOS,and promote effective ovulation conclusions. |
