外科术后切口感染耐药性分析

目的 研究笔者所在医院外科术后切口感染的耐药性相关因素。方法 对医院外科术后切口感染患者送检的各种标本进行培养,做药敏实验。结果 外科手术后切口感染耐药性危险因素是手术部位、病原菌种类、手术持续时间、住院时间、抗生素使用种类等。结论 外科手术后切口感染耐药性是多因素所致,预防外科手术后切口感染耐药性是防治医院感染的重要内容,严格按照安全措施,加强各个环节质量控制监管,可有效降低外科手术后切口感染率。

Analysis on drug resistance of surgical incision infection

Objective To study the related factors of our hospital surgical incision infection drug resistance.Methods We cultivated the specimens of surgical incision infection patients,and then tested the drug sensitivity.Results The risk factors of surgical incision infection drug resistance included the surgical site,pathogen types,operation duration,the length of time,antibiotics used type,etc.Conclusion After surgical incision infection is caused by many factors resistance.Surgical incision infection prevention after resistance is the important content of the prevention and control of hospital infection.In strict accordance with the safety measures to strengthen the quality of each link control regulation can effectively reduce the infection rates.
